Chapati guruma

சப்பாத்தி குருமா



Chapthi guruma is the simple dish & simple ingredients and cook in 30 minutes. Gram masala,coconut is the main ingredients of this dish

Grinding method


3/4 tsp of Poppy seed
1/4 tsp of roasted gram
8-9 green chilli
1/4 tsp of aniseed
2 cashew nut
3/4 Cup of coconut
Water

Grind smoothly


INGREDIENTS

2 tomato (chopped)
2 big onion (chopped)
2-3 green chilli
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
2 tsp of oil
Vegetables (carrot, beans, potato)
2 tsp gram masala
1 tsp of salt
Cinnamon, cloves,, bay leaf, aniseed
2 glass of water

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add cinnamon, bayleaf, aniseed, cloves and until wait for 2 minutes

  • Add chopped onions and saute in golden brownish color

  • Add pinch of salt

  • Onion saute Well

  • Then add veggies, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and saute in 5-8 minutes

  • Add tomato and saute in 5 minutes

  • Tomato saute well

  • Add gram masala and salt

  • Add 2 glass of water and boil it

  • Boil in 5-10 minutes

  • That's time remove the raw smell

  • Boil well and grind mixer

  • Boil in 5 minutes

  • Add curry leaves and now switch off the flame

  • Serve it
