Cheese dhosa

Cheese dhosa is a simple recipe and cook in 10 minutes. Dhosa maavu, chesse slice, pepper powder is the main ingredients of this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

Dhosa maavu
Oil
Ghee
Cheese slice
Pepper powder
  • Take a dhosa tawa spread oil and heat it

  • Spread the dhosa maavu in tawa(low flame)

  • Add 1 tsp of ghee and spread well. (low flame)

  • Add slice cheese(low flame)

  • Add oil and spread it (low flame)

  • Cheese are melting at this stage spread the cheese( low flame)

  • Add pepper powder spread it.

  • Spread well and boiling in few minutes.

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Serve it
