CLUSTER BEANS MASALA FRY

Cluster beans are known as different names gavar beans and guar .It is native in india and grown in warm and dry region .Need to be topped and tailed and may also stringing . Cut the pieces of one-inch length.

INGREDIENTS

500 gram cluster beans (brunoise cut)
2 big onion(chopped)
2 red chill
2 tsp sambar powder(homemade)
5 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
3 tsp coconut mincing
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1/4 tsp urad
1/4 tsp aniseed/fennel(scrouge)
1 cup of rice water
  • Take a pan ,add oil and heat it.

  • Add red chill

  • Add urad, until wait for brownish color.

  • Add mustard seed ,until wait for explosive .

  • Add chopped onion,until wait for golden brownish color.

  • Add cluster beans with saute in 5 minutes.

  • Add 1 tsp salt.

  • Add 2 tsp sambar powder .

  • Add 1 cup of rice water .

  • In all ingredients mix well.close the pan in 10 minutes.


  • Add coconut mincing and aniseed(scrouge).


  • Then sevre it.
