Curd rice தயிர் சாதம்


Curd rice is a very very simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. Boiled rice, mango, carrot, mustard seed, green chilli is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS :


3 cup of boiled rice
1 cup of curd
1 cup of milk
2 Green chilli (chopped)
1/4 tsp of mustard seed
1 +1/4 tsp of oil
3/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Asafoetida
Carrot, mango(sliced)
Ginger(sliced)
Water
  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add mustard seed and until wait for explosive

  • Add green chilli and saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Add curry leaves

  • Now swith off the flame

  • Take a boiled rice

  • Pour the mustard seed, green chilli sauted.

  • Add mango, carrot, ginger, Corriondar leaves

  • Add Asafoetida and salt

  • Add milk

  • Add curd

  • Add water(optional)

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Curd rice get ready


  • Serve it
