Curry leaves dhosa is a simple recipe and cook in 15-20 minutes. Curry leaves, green chilli, tamarind, pepper powder, dhosa maavu, chopped onions is the main ingredients of this recipe.

How to make curry leaves paste


INGREDIENTS

2 cup of Curry leaves
Small pieces of tamarind
1 tsp salt
7-8 green chilli
Asafoetida powder
1 cup of Coconut (mincing)
Some water

  • Take a jar add all ingredients grind it

  • Grind Well and paste ready.

How to make curry leaves dhosa


INGREDIENTS

Cup of dhosa maavu
Oil
Ghee
Chopped onions
Pepper powder
Curry leaves paste
  • Take a dhosa tawa spread oil and heat it

  • Spread dhosa maavu in tawa(low flame)

  • Add 1 tsp ghee and spread it

  • Add curry leaves paste and spread it(low flame)

  • Add 1/4 tsp pepper powder spread equally. (low flame)

  • Add chopped onions spread it(low flame)

  • Take a few time to boil the dhosa and onion. (low flame)

  • Serve it
