Gobi pakoda

Gobi pakoda is a simple snacks and cook in 30 minutes. Gobi, gram flour, rice flour, oil, red chill powder is the main ingredients of this snacks.
INGREDIENTS
1 Califlower
2 cup of gram flour
2 cup of rice flour
1/2 litre oil
3 /4 tsp of red chill
1/4 tsp of cumin seed
3-4 pieces of garlic(crush)
3 cup of water
1+1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of turmeric powder

Cut the Califlower 6-8 inches length and clean well.

Take a pan add 2 cup of water and boil it.

Add Califlower.

Add turmeric powder

Add salt
Boiling 5 minutes.

Califlower boiled Well.
Then transfer a plate under the fan.

Add 2 cup of gram flour, 2 cup of rice flour, garlic crush, cumin seed, 1 cup of water, 1 tsp salt mix well.

Required add water

Flour mix well.

Dip Califlower one by one.

Take a pan add oil and heat it.
Add dipped Califlower one by one,until wait for brownish color.

Serve it.
