Karuvadavam thovayal and rice

Karuvadavam thovayal is the simple side dish and sometimes to eat main dish. Karuvadavam, red chilli, coconut, is the main ingredients of this side dish
First way to eat
INGREDIENTS
4-5 tsp of Karuvadavam
3 tsp of coconut
3 red chilli
2 tsp of oil
1/4tsp of salt
Small pieces of tamarind
1 tsp of urad
Few water

Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add urad and until wait for golden brownish color

Add karuvadam and saute in few minutes

Karuvadavam saute Well and then add red chilli

Add coconut and saute in few minutes
And switch off the flame

Add tamarind mix well

Add salt

Transfer the plate under the fan
Then take a jar and in all ingredients grind smoothly

Add few water and Grind it

Grind well
Then serve it
Second way to eat

Karuvadavam rice is simple preparation in 3 minutes . Rice, Karuvadavam thovayal, gingelly oil is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS
2 cup of boiled rice
2 tsp of gingelly oil
2 tsp of Karuvadavam thovayal

Take a plate and then add rice, oil, thovayal mix well

Serve it
