Dark leafy green like spinach are loaded with nutrients like that iron,vitamin C and D.Greens,green stem,,red chill,chopped onion, coconut is the main ingredients in thovatal.

INGREDIENTS

Cut the greens and green stem (one -two inch length)
2 tsp oil
2 red chill
2 tsp chopped onion
2 tsp cocount mincing
1 tsp salt
Then go away from your kitchen when follows the instructions.

Take the pan ,add oil and heat it.
Add red chill.

Add urad, until wait for brownish color.
Add mustrad seed ,until wait for explosive.

Add chopped onion,until wait for golden brownish color.

Add greens and greens stem.
Add 1 tsp salt mix well.
close the pan in 5 minutes of low (or) medium flame.

Add coconut mincing mix well.

Serve it.
