Kulfi / without saffron

Kulfi is making in 30 minutes. And keep it refrigerator in 4 & overnight. Milk, sugar, pista is the main ingredients of this kulfi


INGREDIENTS :

3 cup of milk
3 tsp of sugar
Requried amount of Pista
  • Take a pan add milk and heat it

  • Boil it (normal flame)

  • Stir continuously to prevent milk from sticking to bottom

  • After 10 minutes to add sugar and stir continuously

  • Remove the corner of the layer and Stir continuously

  • Add chopped pista and stir continuously

  • After 20 minutes , the milk turns creamy texture

  • Thick texture get ready

  • Cool it

  • Take a glass

  • Pour the kulfi

  • Using the aluminium foil to cover it

  • Hole it centre

  • Place the stick in centre

  • Keep it refrigerator in 8 hours and overnight


  • Take the kulfi

  • Kulfi get ready

  • Serve it
