பாசிப்பருப்பு பாயாசம்

Moongal dal Payasam is a simple dish and 15 minutes. Moongal dal, jaggery, coconut mincing is the main ingredients of this dish.
INGREDIENTS
50 gram moongal dal
1/4 cup of coconut (mincing)
1 Asafoetida (crush)
2 cup of water

Take a vessel add moongal dal and heat it
Dry saute in golden brownish color

Saute well

Add 2 cup of water and boil it

Close the vessel and boil in 10 minutes (medium flame)

Moongal dal cook well

Add jaggery mix well

Add water(optional)

Add Asafoetida (crush) or Asafoetida powder

Add coconut mincing mix well

In all ingredients boil it in few minutes (medium flame)

Payasam ready and swith off the flame
Serve it
