Pasalai keerai kootu is the good for health. Pasalai keerai, moong dal, sambar powder (homemade) is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
4 cup of pasalai keerai
25 gram moong dal
2 tsp of sambar powder
3/4 tsp of salt
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp of mustard seed
1/4 tsp of urad dal
Onion(chopped)
2/4 cup of Coconut(grind)
Oil
Water
Grinding process:
Take a jar
Add coconut mincing
Pour the 5 tsp of water
Grind smoothly
Grind well and keep aside
Moong dal boiling process:
Take a pan add moong dal
Dry saute in 5 minutes
Moong dal saute well
Add 2 cup of water to boil
Add Pinch of turmeric powder
Close the vessel and Boil in 10 minutes
After 10 minutes
Moong dal cook well
Wash the leaves
Add keerai and chopped onion
Add sambar powder and salt
In all ingredients mix equally
Boil in 10 minutes
After 10 minutes
Keerai cook well
Add coconut grind(medium flame)
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add mustard seed and until wait for explosive & add urad dal and until wait for golden brownish color
Add chopped onion and saute
Onion saute well
Add saute onion, mustard seed, urad dal to boil in 5 minutes
Keerai cook well
And Now switch off the flame
Serve it
