Pepper prawn is the healthy and simple dish and cook in 45 minutes. Prawn, red chilli powder, gram masala, ginger garlic paste is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
200 gram prawn
1 big onion (cut small Cubic sizes)
2 Green chilli (sliced)
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of gram masala
1 +1/4 tsp of salt
1 +1/4 tsp of pepper powder
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
8-10 tsp of oil
Wash and clean the prawn
Add 1 tsp of salt
Add turmeric powder
Add red chilli powder
Add ginger garlic paste and mix equally
Mixed well
Keep it fridge in 30-45 minutes
After 45 minutes to take the bowl and again mix equally
Take the pan add oil and heat it
Add soaked prawn
Saute in 4-5 minutes
Then transfer the bowl and keep aside
Using the pan add oil and heat it
Add curry leaves
Add onion and green chilli
Saute in 2-3 minutes
Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Saute in 2-3 minutes
Add sauted prawn
Add gram masala
Add 1/4 tsp of salt
In all ingredients mix equally to boil it
Close the pan to boil in 5 minutes
After 5 minutes to boil in 15 minutes (normal flame)
After 15 minutes the prawn cook well
Add pepper powder
Mix equally
Boil in 5-8 minutes (medium flame)
Add oil (optional)
Prawn cook well
Now switch off the flame
Serve it
