Potato Bajji உருளைக்கிழங்கு பஜ்ஜி

Potato bajji is a simple dish and cook in 15 minutes. Potato, gram flour, rice flour, maida, red chilli powder is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS :



Potato (Sliced)
100 gram gram flour
100 gram rice flour
2-5 tsp of madia
4-5 pieces of garlic (crushed)
1 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of red chill powder
Pinch of soda salt
Water
Oil

Paste process:


  • Take a bowl

  • Add gram flour and rice flour

  • Add red chilli powder and maida

  • Add omam(optional)

  • Add crushed garlic, salt and soda salt

  • Pour the half cup of water

  • In wll ingredients mix equally

  • Make a thick paste

  • Paste get ready

Process 2:

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it


  • Dip the potato slice in the paste

  • Drop the potato in oil

  • And until wait for golden brownish color

Flip the bajji and until wait for golden brownish color

Transfer the plate

Serve it
