Spicy chicken leg

Chicken leg, otherwise called us drumsticks.. It takes a little time for preparation after marinate in refrigerator so that all masala get perfectly absorbed to the chicken pieces.




INGERDIENTS

500 Gram or 5 pieces
4 tsp red chill
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp curd
1.1/4 tsp salt
200 ml oil

FOR GRAINSHING

Slices onion or spring onion
lemon juice

ARE YOU READY FOR PREPARATION WHILE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder  with  clean chicken and 2-3 slits to all chicken leg.

  • Add  3 tsp ginger garlic paste.

  • Add 4 tsp red chill powder.

  • Add  2 tsp curd..

  • 1. 1/4 tsp salt

  • In all ingredients mix well.

  • Marinate the chicken at least half (or) one hour by refrigerator.

  • Take the pan,add 200 ml oil and heat it.

  • Drop the marinated chicken leg one by one into a pan.

  • Cook the chicken leg in 10 minutes with low flame.

  • when the chicken roasted well,switch off the gas..

  • Then serve it.
