Spicy chicken leg

Chicken leg, otherwise called us drumsticks.. It takes a little time for preparation after marinate in refrigerator so that all masala get perfectly absorbed to the chicken pieces.
INGERDIENTS
500 Gram or 5 pieces
4 tsp red chill
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp curd
1.1/4 tsp salt
200 ml oil
FOR GRAINSHING
Slices onion or spring onion
lemon juice
ARE YOU READY FOR PREPARATION WHILE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.

1 tsp turmeric powder with clean chicken and 2-3 slits to all chicken leg.

Add 3 tsp ginger garlic paste.

Add 4 tsp red chill powder.

Add 2 tsp curd..

1. 1/4 tsp salt

In all ingredients mix well.

Marinate the chicken at least half (or) one hour by refrigerator.

Take the pan,add 200 ml oil and heat it.
Drop the marinated chicken leg one by one into a pan.
Cook the chicken leg in 10 minutes with low flame.
when the chicken roasted well,switch off the gas..

Then serve it.
