Beetroot bajji is a healthy snack. Beetroot, gram flour,rice flour, omam, garlic is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS
100 gram gram flour
100 gram rice flour
2-5 tsp of madia
4-5 pieces of garlic
1 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of red chill powder
Pinch of soda salt
Sliced beetroot
Water
Oil
Process:
Take a bowl
Add gram flour
Add rice flour
Add madia and red chilli powder
Add omam
Add salt, garlic (crush) and soda salt
Add 3/4 cup of water
In all ingredients mix equally
Make a thick paste
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Take a beetroot
Dip the sliced beetroot in the thick paste
Drop the beetroot in to oil
Until wait for golden brownish color
Flip the beetroot bajji
And Until wait for golden brownish color
Beetroot bajji cook well and then transfer the plate.
Serve it.
