Carrot halwa

Carrot halwa is the simple and yummy dish. Carrot, milk, sugar, Asafoetida is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
2 cup of Carrot (grated)
2 cup of sugar
1+1/4 cup of milk
1 Asafoetida (crushed)
5 tsp of butter
Cashew nut and raisin
Grated carrot well
Take a pan add butter and heat it
Add carrot and saute in 10 minutes
Carrot saute well add milk to boil in 10 minutes
Carrot boil well add pinch of salt
Add sugar and stir continuously (medium flame)
Add Asafoetida
Add butter to boil in 5 minutes
Take a pan add butter and heat it
Add cashew nut and raisin
Saute in few minutes and until wait for golden brownish color
Pour the cashew nut and raisin in halwa
Now switch off the flame
Serve it
